December's Free Silky

Purple and Yellow Pansy in Watercolor
This little pansy silky was painted in a much looser, more casual watercolor-style...
Sometimes it's fun to just play around and not take things too seriously.
Let me know what you think??

  3. This is really beautiful. I'm going to try and print it out. I would love to do a piece with pansys. I have a bunch of velvet pansy motifs made up and it would be wonderful to be able to use them. Thanks!

  4. Pansies are one of my all time favorite flowers. I planted them with my grandmother every year from the time I was in kindergarten until she passed away when I was 54. Almost made 50 years! This will definitely be one that I will be running off and using - maybe more than once. Thanks for sharing so generously.

It is such a pleasure to be able to share the silkies with all of you! Not to mention that it encourages me to keep brush and paint close by...
